See Seth & May live at Dhaseleer Events Barn
Every summer at the Dhaseleer Events Barn Seth and May make a stop for music, food, and fun. The Barn is over a 120 years old and still beautiful! They are preserving the farm by incorporating sustainable land practices with community involvement, education, diversity & tourism. Every year the farm holds a concert series called "Black Cat Concert Series" with events held from May to September. Seth Bernard and May Ehrlwine make their annual stop to near their homeland for a much anticipated show. Seth and May started as seperate single acts and now make an even stronger duo. Their music is fun and heart-full, their songwriting is imaginative and insightful. Their super loyal fans will follow them all across Michigan as they perform for us! Often they express their love for this particular show as it's near their home. It's a laid back experience with good people, fun, and best of all food! The community that's been created around this event comes together and holds a potluck during intermission. Bring your plastic-wear and paper plates because you'll definitely be digging into this delicious spread! You'll bring your own chair, families/parties of four can reserve a table, it's BYOB so bring along your wine and beer (or whatever your beverage of choice may be). Enjoy!
After a long sail on the lake you'll want nothing more than to relax on the dock with a picnic. Sit back, relax and feel the sun on your face. Grab a beer and enjoy this beautiful state we are so privileged to live in!
You'll fit in anywhere up north, but a sailboat will get you prime access to the "VIP" waters and perfect winds. You'll need a few mates on deck to help out, so grab your friends and hit the water.
Few activities in the world are more enjoyable than skimming over perfectly calm northern water in mid August. We are creating a How To video series for watersports. Our first video explains the basics of buying the right waterski, wakeboard or wakeskate along with the correct life jackets.
Watch the slideshow at the top of this page to see the basics of how to start wakeboarding. Please share this page with anyone you know who is struggling to learn how to wakeboard or waterski. Hopefully it helps.
